By connecting to NovacrestSystems streaming infrastructure, clients agree to adhere strictly to bandwidth thresholds and API query rate limits. Misuse or unauthorized attempt to bypass tokenized Digital Rights Management (DRM) shields results in immediate revocation of system access.

Service Level Agreements (SLA): Core server uptime and streaming availability is targeted at 99.99%. Maintenance schedules are communicated via operations notifications 48 hours prior to execution.

We deploy strictly necessary cookies and local browser storage objects to store session verification states, maintain adaptive streaming quality preferences, and prevent unauthorized cross-site request forgery (CSRF).

No third-party tracking or advertising profile cookies are sold or leased to third-party data brokers.

Monthly managed infrastructure fees and API usage compute allocations are billed at the beginning or conclusion of each monthly cycle through our secure payment links.

Unused egress bandwidth or terminated instances are eligible for prorated service credit provided written notification is sent to [email protected] within 14 calendar days of billing generation.
